Q: When will my dog gift be shipped ?
A: Since all of Chef Gordon's Gourmet Barkery Dog treats are homemade, we ship within 24-48 hours after payment (Paypal, Check or money order) has been received. Chef Gordon's Gourmet Barkery has chose the United States Postal Service to ship all of our packages.
Q: Why ship using USPS ?
A: Chef Gordon's Gourmet Barkery have decided to make USPS our shipping method for a couple of reasons. One shipping can be very expensive and we have found that our customers save the most using USPS. Two, it's quick. With our homemade dog treats, we don't want them losing any freshness. Generally our treats arrive within 3-5 days.

If for any reason you or your dog are not 100% satisfied with our homemade dog treats, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will promptly replace your order.

A: There's a message box on the order form where you can add a message or personalize the dog's name.
